1. The TAW Member agrees to abide by the TAW Code of Conduct.
2. The TAW Member agrees to the PPP Terms and Conditions (see Payment Protection Plan - CLICK HERE).
3. The TAW Member agrees to observe all relevant laws of its resident country, regarding the movement of goods entrusted to it.
4. The TAW Member agrees that claims for loss or damage to freight shall be immediately filed with the Member responsible for such loss or damage.  The claim shall be promptly and accurately processed by the responsible TAW Member.
5. By request, the TAW Board of Directors will act as an Arbitration Committee, in general matters, when a dispute arises between Members.
6. Bad Debts between TAW Members must be communicated to teamleader@tawagents.com, to be resolved by the Arbitration Committee.
7. The TAW Member acknowledges that whilst Top Around the World is not responsible for bad debts between Members, the Board of Directors retains the right to take any action it sees fit.
8. The TAW Member acknowledges that all payments to other members, must be made strictly in accordance with the terms of payment agreed in advance with each other.  Therefore, it is the responsibility of the member who serves as a provider, to have signed the service contract with his client, remembering that, in addition to managing his own, it is mandatory to sign the one that provides the network
9. The TAW Member agrees not to have any business dealings with expelled and/or black listed ex-TAW members, otherwise it would jeopardize its own membership. In case of carrying it out, for no reason does the network carry any type of responsibility.
10. The TAW Member agrees to pay their membership fees within 3 days of invoice date.
11. A TAW Member can be expelled from Top Around the World Group, for any of the following:
    -   Non payment of Annual Subscription Fees
    -   Providing false information
    -   Bad debt(s) incurred with other TAW member(s)       

• For not attending congresses
• Be mentioned repeatedly in member complaints or poor evaluations
• The TAW Board of Directors has the right to terminate a membership, and is not obligated to give justification.

The TAW Member further agrees that these Terms and Conditions, may be amended from time to time, but as incorporated, herein, are binding.
